The customization of the caps is normally carried out directly by the press, which also makes the caps.
In order to carry out the customization of the caps, which can be numberless and in the most various shapes,
it is necessary to disassemble and to replace frequently the die of the press.
As a consequence of this, the machine has to be stopped, it requires an excessive maintenance and the production is lower.
The MARKING MACHINE CA has been planned to obviate these drawbacks.

Feeding
The marking machine CA (for the customization of the natural caps) is equipped with a dial feed: this disc,
has many seats, draws the caps individually and places them in a proper rectilinear guide which brings the caps directly between the marking punches.
The feeding guide is equipped with a fiber optics sensor, which sets on or interrupts the movement of the dial feed to adjust a sufficient store quantity of caps.
Another sensor checks that the machine is being fed (the pieces are present up to the marking point).
Otherwise, the machine automatically stops.
Characteristics
The Marking machine CA (for the customization of the natural caps) has a very rugged structure,
having a motor reduction unit with a 4 HP and a flywheel.
It can mark brass and stainless steel caps.
The machine for the customization of the natural caps is completely mechanical. The operation of the mobile marking punch is controlled by means of cam;
both the stroke and the positioning of the punch can be adjusted independently from the stroke of the cam.
This adjustment can be effected by means of a scaled drum (marking depth).
The electric panel with 24 Volt controls is equipped with an impulse-counter and a push-button to let the punch be stopped in the maximum progress point
(with luminous signalling) to ease the adjustment of the punch.
The machine speed (strokes/1) is adjusted by a potentiometer.
