Running and stop of vibrators are executed simultaneously by means of only a switch. Furthermore, every vibrator is equipped with a selector.

This selector disconnects at the same time the vibrator and the respective sensor for the presence of the piece, for example if you want the assembling for jeans to work from 4 to 3 components.

The machine speed of the assembling machine for jeans is electrically adjusted by means of a potentiometer placed on the control board; this potentiometer changes the revolutions of the motor thanks to an inverter.

A specific selector, placed on the control board, allows the non-stop or pulse working of the assembling machine for jeans.

If the machine stops for alarm, the led corresponding to the unsupplied component is viewed. Furthermore you can see from a distance the turret or stop light of the machine (the red strip flashes).
When the green strip is always lighted, the machine is running.
