Characteristics Marchia/6 (marking buttons)
The machine Marchia/6 (marking buttons) it is composed of an intermittent rotating drum with 6 places for the housing of the lower punches (seats of buttons).
The above drum is automatically controlled by a clutch motor; by means of a pedal, this motor allows the machine to run in a semiautomatic way too, for the setting up of the machine or to load by hand some kinds of buttons that cannot be automatically loaded.
The drum works in synchronism with the upper punch which is controlled by a system of toggle-connecting rods for the marking of the button with a vertical movement.
The automatic loader is controlled by an independent ratiomotor; every button is taken from the stock by a pneumatic cylinder.
Every button is placed in its housing by a cadence device.
On request, MARCHIA/6 (marking buttons) can be supplied with an equipment for the PHASING OF HOLES compared with the marking.
A suitable device remove the buttons which are still attached to the marking punch.
The marked buttons are removed by suction and placed in the suitable drawer.
The electric board with 24 volt-controls is equipped with an electric production counter.
