The assembly machine MAA/6 is made up of two automatic feeders/ when feeding buttons with a decorative ring, the first feeder places the ring in the proper seat of the buttons on the rotary drum; while the second feeder places the button in the previously fed ring.

Both feeders are equipped with sensors which automatically stop the assembly machine if the piece is missing in any of the two feeders.

The assembly machine can be supplied with only one feeder for assembly of special buttons.
The assembly machine is made of a rotary drum at 6 stations for the assembly of the fitting: it is controlled by means of a friction engine.
The drum runs at intermittance so that the machine stops the feeding and assembles the pieces.

The electric panel with commands at 24 volts is equipped with an electric production counter.

The height of the upper button can be adjusted by means of a handwheel.
