According to the article 13 of the aforesaid legislative decree 196/2003 (formerly art.10 law 675/1996),

philosophical and other beliefs, the political convictions, the affiliation to a party, a trade union, associations
or religious, philosophical, political or labour organizations, as well as the personal data about the state of health
and the sex life and the physical condition are sensitive data. The said data, together with the judicial data you
gave of your own accord will not be processed without your previous written consent.

- You can exercise your rights towards the holder of the data processing at anytime, according to art.7

to an anonymity or the stoppage of the data processed against the law; the data revision, rectification or integration;
the confirmation that those who received the data were acquainted with the aforesaid operations,
unless this fulfilment is not possible or requires a clearly excessive use of means compared to the safeguarded right;
you can object, partially or thoroughly, for rightful reasons, to your personal data processing,
even if they are relevant to the collection purpose.
